If it’s true that you are what you eat, last Summer I was at least 90% raspberry. I’m not sure whether it was a particularly good season or I was just making up for the many years that I had avoided eating them because I “wasn’t a raspberry person”, but either way, as the temperature escalates and the days are getting longer, I have started craving lots of sweet, juicy raspberries all over again. Sadly, the local supermarkets haven’t realised what time of year it is and the raspberries are still ridiculously expensive, so for now I have to find more *creative* ways to get them into my tummy.
